Its because of this reason that he never felt free to do any sort of activities with Roman and Dean and had always preferred to remain at a distance from them (unlike Dean who loved to take shower with his fellow Shield members and had no problem undressing himself right in front of Roman and Seth). However, Roman had always thought of Seth's insecurity as him being shy and accepts him for what he is. But, things become complicated for Seth later on which is why he decides to confess Dean about his feelings for Roman. Dean's eyes get widened for an utterly long while as he reads the text on his phone, "I... am gay. And i like Roman." He keeps staring at the screen wide eyed until he falls off the chair.
