However, there WAS someone who looked out for Izuku. She is the school's president of the high school they go too. And she too doesn't have a 'Quirk'. And everyone calls her the 'Ice Queen' base on her first glance face. But, even this girl is hiding something. The things people dream of having these wonderful 'Quirks' to her.....she doesn't see it as a wonderful thing. In fact a new development has been released. And it says there is a 1% percent chance anyone is likely to born with a 'Quirk'.....
