Tanner had been in and out of trouble, fighting, stealing and this was his last chance. He had come to live on the farm with the Croft's during the summer, and fell in love with Julie. But, he had nothing to offer her. How did her faith work into their relationship? This is the continuation of "On Stable Ground" and picks up right where that story leaves off.

Julie can't wait for her summer to start! Her cousin Tonya is coming back for a visit. She has not seen her in three years since she moved to New York from their farm. What will happen when reality catches up with Tonya? How will rich kid Heath and ex-con Tanner figure into their summer?
