Different was the only word you could use to describe the girl known as Adelaide King. She never fit in with the other girls her age, and absolutely hated following rules. Adelaide was forced by her mother to wear fancy dresses and act as proper as she possibly could, but her personality always managed to get the best of her and land her right into trouble. For that reason entirely, Adelaide is forced to move schools, closer to the quaint town of Avonlea. She meets new friends, curious boys, and finds that life can be truly wondrous.

This story is about Y/n Davis. She's been best friends with Gilbert Blythe since they were babies. They've been through so much together, as they grow older, Y/n catches feelings for Gilbert. It's all going great until a girl named Anne comes along. Friendships and Relationships will be questioned and people of the past will show up. Will this story end in tragedy? Or in a Happy ending?
