Olivia has been in love with her best friend...since, well, forever. She has their love story plotted out from their first kiss to their wedding date. The only problem is that wedding will be between him and someone else.

She skimmed over the love letter one last time. There was no way she'd ever get the guts to tell him. She sealed the letter in a pink envelope and sprayed it with her vanilla perfume before dumping it in a box with the rest of the bunch. It was supposed to be like every other ordinary day of an obsessed fan girl, except when she got home from school the box wasn't there. All her stupid love letters had been sent.

Grace Scott's parents, or at least her dad, sends her off to Witchita Academy, a school in Virginia, where fantasy meets reality and super heroes do exist. Grace Scott being a complete pessimist and non-beleiver of any sorts, turns down that a super hero who calls himself "The God" actually exists even after being saved by him.

Max was her only weakness. He, was her best friend. She couldn't have predicted he'd accept a package from a complete stranger and they'd be tracked down by law enforcement and crazy psychopathic aliens. There wasn't supposed to be some beautiful alien girl and certainly not an alien Apocalypse. Wasn't getting the guy easier than this?
