Hope for a different outcome altogether...." A man said quietly as he scratched at the chipped paint on the table he was cuffed to. "Amazing. You finally have a conscious, but it's several decades too late." The man said bitterly as he stared at the prisoner. "You've murdered and plundered this city and killed so many people, for what? Money? Fame? Woman?" the man growled and folded his arms. The prisoner didn't say a word as he stared blankly at the paint. How many layers were there? "I don't even know anymore." he admitted and looked at his hand for a moment. He felt his heart continue to grow heavy. The other man sighed in frustration and put a file on the table. "Do you even care anymore? About what happens to you?" he growled and the man didn't respond to that either. "You aren't taking this seriously, Megatron." he said angrily and the prisoner looked at him. "Why should I? We all know I'm going to rot in jail for the rest of my life. I'm just now accepting the idea." he muttered. "The only peace I'll have is knowing I won't hurt anyone else." he said.

It's been almost nine years since the explosion that destroyed a few blocks of the city. The citizens are working hard to move on with their lives, but no one can forget what the Decepticons did. Now as the city moves on a new threat lurks in the shadows. The old one rumored to still be around. The police force races to stop this new threat, before it's too late. (I'll work on it.)

This is an Alternate Universe where Team Prime is a human family. Optimus is a single dad who is struggling to raise his small family after an accident. Gosh dang it! I'll work on the description later..... Don't own Transformers.

During a battle with the Decepticons, Optimus is turned into a sparkling. Ratchet races against time to restore him before they lose the Optimus they know. The rest of the team tries to help their leader the best they can. Keeping him safe and also making sure he doesn't feel useless. Can they help him before the sparkling decides he needs to battle Megatron?

Everyone has a story. But a lot of the times we forget or the story is told to us when we're young. Sometimes we just don't understand. This is a bunch of one shots that explains certain things, about the book I wrote called; Protected. It's an alternate universe for Transformers Prime. I only own the ideas in my head.
