Curious they follow him as they follow him to the hospital as they see him going to the pedriact ward there they see him do magic tricks for the kids. As they the kids being all depressed and sad to smiling and laughing. They leave as they told their male classmates as Katsuki told them that he does this for his sister Izumi who die from cancer. He explain that the cancer made her depressed and sad. He learn magic to make her happy. Before she died Izumi ask Izuku if he still could come and make the kids smile. Which he did, the girls even more impressed went to help, and the boys as well.

As he finished middle school he finally ran away from them. Then Izuku encounters a family royalty who gets ambushed by the villains. He has no choice but to use his quirk to save them.
