This takes place in a universe where DC's America and My Hero Academia's Japan exist together. After being told by literally everyone in the quirk filled society of Japan that he can't be a hero, even by his idol All Might, Izuku winds up proving them wrong not long after. Someone from a certain team sees his heroic actions and hidden talents and gives Izuku the greatest offer of a lifetime: Meet the world's greatest superheroes. Will Izuku prove to the world's greatest defenders that he has what it takes to be everyone's hero?

In this story, Izuku has a twin younger, Izumi Midoriya. Most of this is gonna be like the anime except in this story instead of getting One for All from his fav superhero/father who neglected him for years he got the power of the Hamato Ninpō and was trained by the one and TMNT. N.B. This is in the ROTTMNT universe since I personally liked the show and their powers.

Nothing could have prepared Izuku for his first meeting with the Number 1 pro hero All Might. Being born quirkless in a society where 80% are blessed with quirk and the rest 20% are quirkless he was unlucky enough to be part of those small group. Rejection and humiliations was all Izuku knew from the age of 4 as everything he had wanted was stripped away from him, his friendship with his childhood friend had dwindled until it became a bully and victim relationship, people had low expectation of him due to being quirkless overall his life was not really good. His only saving grace was his kind mother Inko Midoriya, his youngest sister and his idol All Might but with the rejection of even All Might himself what could this world offer to him anymore. Although he might not become a Pro Hero like he had planned he will become something even greater as he will be hired to be part of a special task force called "Hunters" there main objective is to slay monster that threatened there way of life and ironically the quirkless had proven that there were not just some deadweight as they are the only ones capable of entering the dungeon. With the power of the system and Shadow Monarch he will rise to the top quickly becoming something far greater then even All Might himself as he will be recognized as a national hunter and along the way he will fall in love with a kind swordswoman.

Follow the adventures of Izuku Midoriya, a powerless kid trying to make his way to the top in a world full of hunters and heroes, while taking care of his sister. What would happen if a quirkless kid got the power to level up by killing? In a world where dungeons are an everyday occurrence, this would be awesome.
