hanahaki disease is a fictional disease of which when a person has one sided or unrequited love to another, they will start vomiting or coughing up flowers from a flower plant inside their lungs. the disease can be stopped when the victim's beloved accepts their confession or when the victim dies. it can be removed surgically, but it will remove the victim's romantic feelings from their beloved. -- he can never be able to confess.
