We Are Enemy's, Right?

Living in a dorm in a really big college is fun. No parents, no rules and much partying. The only minus thing about it is that your enemy lives next door (seriously can't they move him away or something!?). He can be a pain in the ass sometimes but he can be nice to apparently.
