"You hate me already?" "I don't hate you. I just know your type." Los Angeles, 1985. Actress Cassidy Monroe is perfectly happy staying far away from the chaos of rockstars and backstage drama-until her lifelong best friend, Heather Locklear, gets engaged to Tommy Lee and makes Cassidy her maid of honor. Which means one thing: Nikki Sixx is her wedding partner. Cocky, frustrating, and way funnier than he has any right to be, Nikki becomes impossible to avoid as wedding planning turns into late nights, too much tension, and a friendship neither of them planned for. Cassidy knows men like Nikki Sixx. Famous. Complicated. Self-destructive. The kind of men you don't fall for. Too bad nobody warned her that Nikki Sixx was impossible to forget.

Nikki Sixx, an infamous rockstar, falls for a local bartender, Quinn. It usually doesn't take much for him to get any girl he wants, but this one was different, and he liked it.

The very last thing that Christine Hill expected was the exponential success of Mötley Crüe-the band she loved to hate.
