So they tested on animals, but only ones with a high intelligence. Such as monkeys, and wolves. There was something wrong with the formula, it transformed the animals into things beyond horrible. Many of the animals became cannibals, or worse. They hunted humans. Scientists tried to stop them, but the animals couldn't be killed.
