This is going to be my very first story so I'm open to all advice that comes my way to improve. With 80% of the worlds population being given special powers know known as "quirks" our hero sadly falls under the 20% that does not. Do to this fact and the fact that the majority of quirkless people fall under those in the older population, our hero grows up to the truth of the world, that people always were a mask around their true self's. After being told by his number 1 hero All Might, and his ex-best friend Katsuki Bakugou telling him to "take a swan dive and pray for a quirk in another life", Izuku finds himself saved by a group of 9 spirits that will help him become the hero his world needs by changing their hearts with the power of his personas. Watch as the once bullied, beaten and belittled to the point of being given the nickname "Deku", rise from the hate to become the hero who saves those from anything....... even themselves. The Age of Kaiju A brief period of history that lasted 20 years and ended nearly 50 years before quirks appeared. It was the darkest part in human history when monsters of a bygone era, stronger then most heros emerged with the first being Godzilla and others emerging soon after. It was dark times especially when humanity even unwittingly created several of them. In the end all Kaiju were killed off in by Godzilla who was on the verge of a nuclear meltdown. Which was averted due to it being managed by a truly united world as he took on an equally powerful Kaiju known as Destroyah. After that everything dealing with Kaiju was promptly eliminated and nothing remained of the era except for the legends. At least that was as far as Izuku knew it, until one washed ashore during training. One that could assume a human form. Now he has to help her out as he strives to be a hero. It won't be easy with dealing with school, villains, managing his love life, and making sure that she doesn't go on a rampage. Though in the end, he wouldn't change a thing about it.
