This is a Fanfiction based off of BNHA, or My Hero Academia. Instead of a reality where the main character, Izuku Midoriya, is born without a quirk, he develops quite a... how do I put it... a villain's quirk. He is made fun of for this quirk that would be better for evil and decides they're right. He joins the league of villains in hope of revenge against the ones who hurt him, including All Might. During a raid of a illegal experimentation site, A 6 year old child is found by the heroes, imprisoned in a cell and chained to the wall. They learn that the child was experimented upon and has a dangerous quirk and if left in the wrong hands can cause a lot of chaos and destruction. The child along with others are rescued and taken from the base.
