As he examined the amulet, Dr. Chen realized that it was not just a piece of ancient jewellery, but a highly advanced technological artifact. With a sense of awe and excitement, Dr. Chen donned the amulet, and immediately felt a surge of power coursing through his veins. When worn, it transformed him into a half human, half dragon entity. As he experimented with his new body, Dr. Chen discovered that it was capable of incredible feats of strength, agility, and endurance. He could fly through the air at incredible speeds, shoot energy blasts from his mouth and even create force fields to protect himself from harm. With these newfound abilities, Dr. Chen adopted the mantle of Gold Dragon, the protector of New Shangri-La.
