In this alternate universe, Uri Reiss had a son with an Ackerman woman, due to the Ackerman woman possessing a rare genetic component within her blood she would be able to possess the ability to use the titan's power. Uri did this to prevent Rod from gaining control and to safely ensure that Frieda Reiss wouldn't bear the burden of the founder's power. After obtaining the founder's power he met with Ymir Fritz, who was both surprised and shocked that an Ackerman was able to transform and gain the power, as Cade met Ymir he saw the looks in her eyes and could see both pain and sadness, so when he asked her how can he help Ymir was stunned as this was the first time anyone would ask her something that wasn't an order. This intrigued her and as time went on Cade visited the path more often to speak with Ymir, who would suddenly without warning slowly begin to fall in love with Cade. As more time passed Cade managed to get Ymir Fritz to stop and rest, saying that she wouldn't order her around like Karl Fritz. That single sentence completely caused Ymir to fully be loyal to Cade and she had broken the curse of 13 just for him. However, Ymir stated that due to his rare mutated Ackerman blood, she had to remove his titan transformation ability, so he wouldn't be able to transform again but he would at least still wield the founder's power. As Cade continued to grow and spend more time with Ymir he suddenly started to recall memories that confused him. It was only after Ymir helped him figure out what happened that he learned the truth, he wasn't from this world. He was reincarnated after dying from getting hit by a truck in his previous world. He also remembers that he was on his way back to college after watching all of the Attack on Titan anime. After discovering the truth he decided to make a difference in his new life by using the knowledge of the anime and changed how the story went.
