Glory is the queen of the rainforest so she is always working. She has a faithful bodyguard named Deathbringer. Deathbringer is very overprotective of Glory, if Glory looks even the slightest bit unwell he would bring Glory to the healers hut with or without her consent. Deathbringer is always there to protect and take care of Glory but, one day that all changes when Deathbringer falls terminally ill.

This story takes place between book 3 and 5. Glory is still Queen of the RainWings and the NightWings. Sunny secretly ships them, and things really derail. Glory finds out that she has a dragonet, Clay and Sunny get kidnapped, and Tsunami goes missing. Will Starflight and Glory be safe? Or will someone they love be in danger?
