Just not entirely... His life turns into one of his very own books where he's stuck in the little place between life and death, and Frank, a student from the English class he teaches, may be the only one that can help him get out of the in-between.

Yes, it exists. In Nevada, there is a institution just for homosexual teens that have these 'special' thoughts. Crazy parents send their trouble teenagers for while, in hope that their child will magically become straight when they return. Of course in the institution there are different levels. Some floors have drug addicts, alcohol addicts, and LGBT treatments. But the main treatment is gay services. In Summerlin, Nevada, a boy by the name of Brendon Urie happens to have the most Mormon parents in the universe, well that's his opinion. He comes out to his parents and it doesn't go well. They got so worked up about it that they tried interventions, church, family meetings etc. But nothing worked because you can't exactly change someone's sexual orientation. So in response they had to get something bigger involved. They sent him to 'Center of Behavioral Health.' When he went he knew nothing was going to change, things only got worse. He met a boy named Ryan Ross.

brendon urie had no idea what he was getting himself into. he had a faint idea, but he wouldn't remember what was going to happen anyways, so it didn't matter to him. he finds himself at washington sanitarium, 'the most cheery, pleasant place to be!', when you have a mental disorder, where you can go from 'mentally insane,' to 'perfectly sane', in weeks, according to their pamphlet. of course, he doesn't believe this for a moment -- and upon getting to know the rest of the patients, he doesn't know what else to believe. i wrote this when i was like... 12? maybe? so yeah big YIKES, sorry. obviously discontinued.

So Brendon has a stutter. The thing about him is that he tends to always be a failure in front of the cute boy with a briefcase. He tries to be smart in their english class to impress the boy, but ends up making a fool out of himself with his geeky perks. Those big black framed glasses can't exactly help him see around his crush.

gerard and frank are just two average teens, their familys used to be extreamly close, until franks mom died, then everything in franks life changed, an abusive father leads to the ways not allowing frank and gerard to be with eachother , they never see eachother exept for school, gerards family has never belived in him, to them hes untalented and will never make anything out of him self but frank sees something different an extreamly talented artist gerard and frank have had it and now there running away hopefully everything will get better but running away takes a toll on a persons mental state. will they be able to take it? or will one of them break.

((Basically this is one big messy gay bandom AU, features just about every ship in the emo trinity and a few more)) Frank is the only gay guy he knows, stuck in the rather restricting and conservative world of Catholic school with his two best friends and their Catholic upbringings, where his daily adrenaline hits come from smoking behind the art block with Jamia, who he reckons is on her path to being the next Lindsay Lohan. But then, things really do change, because perhaps Jamia's matchmaking abilities aren't quite as shitty as Frank reckons, and perhaps this 'social gathering' he's dragged along to, does have some benefit to him after all. And perhaps, Frank will draw a face to the name of Gerard - Mikey's older brother, who really despite living in the same town, is worlds away from the reality Frank's stuck in. And on the subject of the unlikely, will Mikey ever finally figure out that Alicia Simmons really doesn't give a fuck about croquet?
