This takes place after season 6, after everything was back to normal in beacon hills Scott, Malia, Lydia and stiles all go/ go back to college. Liam is expected to take on the role as alpha which he's worried will be to much for him. On top of that his best friends relationship with Corey is growing so mason and Liam hang out less and less. Liam started to feel alone. He was about to lose everyone. But there was one person in beacon hills who wasn't leaving and that was Theo. Liam had officially realized he liked Theo when he saw him heal gabe. He saw just how much Theo could/did care. When Theo and liam start hanging out more Theo realizes he isn't getting as many nightmares as before. He also realized just how much Liam confuses him it started to bother him and he decided to ignore liam that didn't go to well seeing as when Theo didn't respond to Liam's text and calls he went to find him worried he could be in trouble.
