A famine. A foreign land. A love that defies tradition. In the days when judges ruled Israel, famine drives Elimelek, Naomi, and their sons into the heart of Moab, a land of strange gods, unfamiliar customs, and unspoken rivalries. Amid indescribable grief and uncertainty, two worlds collide. Naomi, a broken Israelite woman. Ruth, a young Moabite woman, who is no stranger to grief. One knock on her door, not only from her son, but from the woman he risked his life to save, and then went ahead and married. Naomi could not have imagined the gravity of the woman with the dark eyes. This reimagining of the timeless story of Ruth blends romance, faith, and resilience into an unforgettable journey. Step into an ancient world of devotion, sacrifice, and destiny. Discover Ruth's story as you've never seen it before.

Niyi: I want to have a Wattpad account but I'm scared. Amy: Scared of what? Niyi: Of being judged. She typed for a very long time before I finally saw her message. Amy: You can use a different name so that no one knows who you are. You also don't have to be a writer, I was just saying that it'd be cool if you tried the app out. *** Niyi Okosi is your average Nigerian teenage girl. Out of boredom, she creates a Wattpad account to read more books and hopefully gain the confidence needed to write her own. But confidence, a great book, and a lot of followers is not enough to achieve Wattpad fame. With online weirdos, hackers and personal issues in the way it'll take a lot of perseverance to succeed here. At some point Niyi feels like she just might drown in a self made sea of self despair. It's hard being a writer, especially when things are looking really bad. But as the saying goes... Good things come to those who wait. Note: I've already written the entire book so the updates will be regular. Enjoy! 😁

Jeanette Arthur had no idea what was going to happen to her when they opened the doors. Was she going to die? Or would she wish she was dead? She began to think that this kind of thing didn't happen to people like her, but she realized how wrong she was. This became her story's end the night she picked up those drinks. When she let herself step into that building, when she accepted that job and put on those clothes. They had made her believe she was important. Special. Worth loving. She had thought all these people wanted her, but they only wanted the lie she was selling. She knew this was no longer pretend. She was no longer in control, and she was no longer the one selling herself. She wanted someone to rewrite her story. So for the first time in her life, she raised up her hands, and she started to pray.
