Alastor is dying, no thanks to an Angel. Charlie was trying to help, as usual, and almost died. Something within him snapped, and he tried to help her. What good would it be if Satan's daughter died, when he could have helped. That's just asking for a death wish. But what happens when Lucifer shows up to repay his debt, and to heal Alastor.
