As if life wasn't hard enough being bullied and treated like garbage all the time; my loathsome, insufferable seat mate just had to come with his "secrets" and torture my every waking hour. What's the big deal you say? Nothing except for the fact that he's some insanely beautiful Greek God under those nerdy glasses. And now, he lives next door. I'm Sarah and this is my story.

"She's a freak. She's over the age of 15, but she still haven't discovered her powers yet, and she's a first-born..." Crystal has known she was different from other children ever since her 15th birthday passed and still had not gotten her powers. Oh yes. You must be confused. Although this planet may also be called Earth, all first-born children have a special power- be it being a Psychic, being able to fly, extremely smart and others. All first-borns discover their powers before the age of 15. Some may be extremely lucky, discovering their powers at the mere age of 3 or 4. Crystal is a special case, and for that, people mock her. Then one day... Crystal will play a role much, much bigger than she could have ever imagined. ~¥~ [PG-rated] [All Rights Reserved]

After an amusing banter at the library with a mysterious guy, Savannah hopes that it's the last she'll see of the bickering boy. Come to find out, he's a new student at her school who just so happens to be a junior, much like Savannah. He feels the need to stick around her even though she is the target for childish rumors, gave him the wrong number purposely, has all the comebacks for his pickup lines, tried to run him over with her car, constantly embarrasses him, and repeatedly tells him to 'get lost' or 'shove off.' During their many adventures, not only do they get into many bad situations but they make a few enemies along the way. Will his determination to befriend this stubborn girl spark a friendship between the two or a special kind of hatred? <><><> WARNING: I wrote this story when I was fetus- even more fetus than I am now. I was thirteen and I finished it two or three weeks after I turned 14. That means that this story has grammatical errors. It was pity that first made Dannie speak to him. She had known Ryan since she was a kid, but he had always been the popular Golden Boy, and she had always been the tomboy that didn’t mind not having any friends. It was odd, she had thought, that all the popular kids who had once kissed the ground he walked on, didn’t so much spared him a glance anymore, and it was this that made her sit with him that one faithful day and begin something that would only end up causing her pain.

Imagine being a transfer student in a prestigious academy. New classmates, new environment, new friends. I guess you could call it a fresh new start, especially if it means sharing a room with your two enemies from kindergarten. Letting go of the past is not an option here. Of course, each person has his/her own life. I mean, you can’t just judge a book by it’s cover. It'll probably be easier to find out more about a particular individual by reading about his/her own life through his/her eyes, whether at class, in one’s room, or even at newspaper club. THIS JUST IN: even shy nerds, brave athletes and typical everyday high school sophomores have a story to tell.

Everyone loves Chloe Andersonーbe it for her impeccable photography and writing skills, down-to-earth personality, top-notch grades, or looks. Really, once you meet her, there's no way you can not like her. That's just who she is. Then there's Kendall, the new guyーyour typical, cynical, armchair critic. He more or less refuses to see good in anything or anyone, and goes through life with a condescending frown. Naturally, if there was anyone who'd notice his everlasting longe face, it's Chloe. And she steps up to the challenge of turning that frown upside down, disregarding any form of loathe Kendall shows toward her. But as she gets him to come out out of his shell, secrets start to unravel. Secrets that only the bravest of hearts and wildest of minds could ever dream of comprehending. Join this exhilarating(and sometimes absurd) journey between two polar opposite teens as they seek to uncover and capture the true essences of life, friendship and love.
