Addison Knight is my name, playing nice is not my game. Well, that's not completely true. It's only with the Daniels' that I'm not civil. They're annoying, bothersome, jerks who are practically my brothers. We grew up together so we're always on each others nerves. On my seventeenth birthday - the year my parents agreed to take me on a road trip - my life turns into a disaster. Call me over dramatic if you want, but when your cozy little trip across the country suddenly turns into a massive, chaotic circus, you're not going to be the happiest goldfish in the box. *** © This story, "The Road Trip," is protected under copyright laws. #1 Mystery | #1 Thriller | #1 Young Adult Have you ever known someone more than you know yourself? Known them so inside out that you could finish their sentences and know what they're thinking, just with a glance? That was Casey and I. We were the ultimate best friends. We knew more than we should about each other. I was hopelessly and undeniably in love with him. I still remember the day perfectly. I wish I could say there was something to hint that it was coming. There was nothing. I thought I knew everything about him. Apparently not. He killed himself and a part of me died along with him. He was dead, and so was I. Or, so I thought. ** Cover by Reachingformorex ** © 2017 by LaurenJ22. All rights reserved.

Irony {noun} - a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often wryly amusing as a result. Khloe Matthews had never really considered how ironic her life was until she died. At parties, the head cheerleader would do something BIG to get revenge. If this meant spreading secrets and telling lies then she would do it. How ironic is it that Khloe used parties as a way of ending her peers' social lives and in turn someone used her own end of summer party to end her life? The sad thing is that Khloe didn't even really see it coming, but as she recounts her story, it becomes increasingly obvious that her so called 'friends' did. Now her friends will have to learn that just because the bitch is dead, it doesn't mean she's gone. Who said you had to be alive to get revenge? graphic by @obsessedhumor- [highest ranking = #1 in mystery & thriller {29/12/15}] All Rights Reserved Copyright © longtimegone Steal my work-face my wrath.

Willow's always been known as the good girl with the wealthy parents who could do no wrong. Little do they know that this seemingly perfect girl has some less than perfect secrets; and the fact that she's been sneaking out past curfew every night since the beginning of summer isn't the worst one. Distancing herself from the people at school has become lonely, but everything changes when a group of bad boys that she meets after curfew one night transfer to her school and begin to take an interest in her; one even more than the rest. But will they be able to protect her when events from her past re-surface and begin to get her into more trouble than she ever wanted? ********************** We were a circuit, electricity flowing through us at every connection, every light touch igniting a heat that was exhilarating but dangerous. Like we could catch fire and burn to the ground at any second. "Did you take your own advice? Did you ever forgive yourself?" I whispered, my words evaporating in the heat around us. He moved towards me, trapping me against the car door as his lips traced over my jaw, down to my neck. "This," he whispered, his thumb tracing the waistband of my jeans, making my breathing falter. "Allowing myself to feel this happiness, to feel you...this is me forgiving myself." He kissed me, calming the raging storm in me and igniting a new one. I wasn't sure which would cause more destruction, but I knew only one had pretty blue eyes and a effortless smile that could convince me it was all worth it. It probably was.
