If there's ever a sentence when it comes to Night City, it'll usually say that no one ever wins in Night City... well, except those corpos that stay in the skyscrapers. Everyone tries to survive in Night City to see another day, seeking what they're passionate about that's enough to get the risk of getting killed, stolen, kidnapped, and so on forth. Though, not all can be killed... and some can be transported from one place or another. One particular person... happens to be the only one in Night City whose soul is transferred from another world. In his old life, he is known as Cassian, a man with a brilliant mind with nothing to lose and a taste for video games and anime, being trained with special forces for a long time once out of high school before he died on a mission. In Night City Life, his soul is transferred into a bullied kid by the name of (Y/n) Marshall, a teenage boy similar to Cassian, but the difference is that he's rich and... he's sort of held back a lot of things. The moment Cassian, now using (Y/n)'s name, came around... Well... Let's say the moment a rich boy showed his true colors... Well, see for yourself... Night City is where legends are born. From Johnny Silverhand to Adam Smasher, it is no stranger that Night City is where legends are born that would change Night City for a very long time. However there is one legend that is different to rest. Legend tells of a mask vigilante that fights crime, corruption and gangs within the shadows. A figure that doesn't seek destruction but rather to seek justice. It is once said that the cries of the citizens seeking justice and vengeance spawn a nightmare to all criminal in order to protect the innocent. Some say he is a spirit while other say he is a creature but in reality......he is simply a man. Y/n L/n is a nobody to anyone at day, attention school, hanging out with friends and doing normal teenage stuff. But when the city turns dark and crime rising, Y/n takes on a new identity in order to protect the citizens of Night City and bring some justice to his City. He isn't a hero but rather a silent guardian, a watchful protector, a dark knight. He is vengeance, he is the Knight, he is.....Batman.

Y/N was born to the Schnee family. An extremely wealthy family known for their advancements in technology more specifically in the world of cybernetic enhancements. And since birth he alongside his sister Weiss were set to raised and trained to inherit the company while their oldest sister Winter forfeited her title and joined the military. But all that changed when the first hollow appeared and enveloped the whole city of Eridu. Causing mass death and destruction. Y/N managed to survive the tragedy along with his family. A few years later Y/n and Weiss were now at the age of 18, having moved on from the tragedy which sadly took the life of their father. Or at least Weiss did, Y/N couldn't forget what had happened so he became a Hollow Raider much to his mother's dismay. He would enter the Hollows and fight back against the Ethereal. But as he'll soon find out matters such as this are best done with friends, as he'll soon find out.

The Spider of Night City. He had a few names, mainly Spider. He was called this mainly for how he represented himself. Due to his slimmer appearance, he was viewed as a weakling. But like a spider, it's size doesn't matter. What does, is it's Venom. Its punch, the pain, the mark left after. And that is exactly what he had. Venom. Venom in his words. Venom in his strength. As if he ran off the venom itself, and made it his fuel. He had a high intellect, and could work like a business man atop Arasaka Tower. Yet. He wasn't always like this. He was an orphan, whom got adopted, by some Arasaka people, at the age of 4. He never knew his past, or where he came from, or why he felt monitored. But, there was something special about this kid. Something he didn't know, nor did Arasaka know yet. Yet when he finds this talent, he uses it. For the best ways. But the reason behind this talent, is revealed very much later on, shocking the people researching. It both explains everything, and almost makes everything feel fake to this boy. Y/N Shaw is a young man who can best be described in two words. "Street Rat" And one of the most dangerous places to be a street Rat was Night City, the so called city of dreams. Yeah right, he did grow up in a nice household with his mother Maria Shaw a well known and respected counter intelligence officer working for Arasaka. And they did have the GoodLife. And if you could believe it Y/N somehow managed to become good friends with the Heiress to the Arasaka cooperation Hanako Arasaka. The two were very good friends, but sadly good things don't last long. Y/N's mother Maria had sadly lost her life due to infighting within the company leading to his mother's death. And the ripple effect of his mother's death caused him to lose his home and be left to the streets all at the young age of ten. And just like that at the age of 12 years old Y/N went from a Corpo to a Street Rat having to steal and fight just to survive which ended up with him running into another street Rat. A young girl with white purplish hair named Lucy Kushinada who he caught pick pocketing from rich Corpo reps. Now where as she expected him to turn her in he instead joined her, and together the two became unstoppable...until they were caught stealing from the wrong person. A bounty Hunter but not just any bounty hunter a "Jedi" Bounty Hunter, Lucy managed to get away but Y/N was caught however instead of being beaten and tossed in a gutter the bounty hunter took pity on Y/N and ended up taking him under her wing where he would learn how to properly fight and defend himself. She then took him away from Night City and fast forward six years later Y/N was now currently causing chaos on the planet of Lothal. It's here where he ran into a group of Rebels that would change his entire life....again.

Night City, one of the worst places on Earth to call home. Crime runs rampant and everyday is a struggle. Perfect place to raise some hell. Y/N, an outsider with an unknown origin. Sporting an overwhelming amount of power, his reason to be in the city cannot be a coincidence. With Arasaka in an economic free fall, now is the perfect time to strike.
