The Hanahaki Disease is a disease Born from a one sided love or unrequited love, the Hanahaki Disease used to run in the Minamoto Family for Generations but it fortunately Died out through the years. Alive au- Kou Minamoto is now 15, he has loved his best friend Mitsuba Sousuke since he was 13. But he never had the guts to tell him. He didn't even know if he liked him back. One day kou started to feel like vomiting, he vomited... roses?! His throat hurts like crazy! What's gonna happen to kou? Will he die or will Mitsuba reciprocate his feelings, or will he get surgery?! Idk man let's find out.
