Clair has been moving since her whole life. Her Mother is a really talented and well known surgeon. So whenever a better paid offer got her way, she packed up her daughter and herself to move states or even countries. Of course she tried to keep the best interest of her daughter in mind, but Clair simply agreed to each and every move. She after all never had any good friends that would of made her want to stay some place. Clair tends to be the outcast at all schools, so she even stopped to make an effort to get to know some people. For her it made life easier that way.
