Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story. I don't know how many chapters I'll write, but I'll try to make it long enough to be considered a good read. As the title suggests, this story will be based on what happens after the events of "Risen from Betrayal". 1 year after becoming the Champion of Alola and Pokemon Master, Ash Ketchum and his childhood friend & rival, Gary Oak, begin their adventures in the Galar region. However, as their adventures begin to progress, old and new foes stand in their way while making new friends and reuniting with old friends. For those who have not read my "Risen from Betrayal", I suggest you to do so as it allows you to get an understanding of the context behind this story.
