The purpose of this guide is to have a place where I can access all of the information I need while shifting. I am not an experienced shifter and have not yet shifted, but I wanted a guide I could refer back to when needed. Each and every aspect of this guide was researched for weeks before I even began to compile anything. Hopefully, this guide will have the information you are seeking and will help you on your shifting journey.

This handbook covers the basics of reality shifting as well as more in-depth aspects of it. It is perfect for beginners who don't know where to start. It also includes information on meditation, lucid dreaming and spirituality, and how those things tie into shifting!
