(This story is rated Mature because SA will be mentioned along with some suggestive language and content.) --- Zelda and her Father, Mayor Rhoam, live in a giant mansion in the middle of Hyrule. Zelda is entering her senior year of high school and is preparing to move on to her college life. She does love school, and she hates when people distract her from her school work. Her high school, Hyrule High, is the only high school throughout Hyrule, so every teen across Hyrule goes there. In her free time, she likes to read and spend time with her best friends, Impa and Purah. She doesn't have that many friends, but who knows, maybe she'll find some new ones, and maybe someone who's more than a friend. ;) But enough explaining, Let's Dive Into The Story!! Zelda doesn't believe in soulmates; Zelda barely even believes in herself. That is, until Link turns up with a sword strapped to his back, heralding the end of times. Now, they must work together to prevent the fall of Hyrule and rise of Calamity Ganon. But, the task proves as tricky as expected, especially when Zelda feels like she's falling faster than her Kingdom...and perhaps in a way she never expected to. Pre-game (and post-game, eventually) fic centred around Link's memories and what might've happened in between them.

A relationship between an internationally praised athlete and a straight A student who hates any kind of attention is bound to go wrong. But these two college students don't care about the odds. While Link works hard on recovering from a traumatic injury, Zelda is trying her best to juggle the school's expectations, her Father's upper class life style, and the anxiety of a million eyes prying on her relationship.

Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all? This story flashes back from before and after the Great Calamity. What happens after Link defeats Calamity Ganon? This story is very long, but if I do say so myself, I think it's worth it! There will be a sequel. Contains spoilers. I DO NOT OWN THESE CHARACTERS OR ANYTHING/MONOLOGUE THAT HAPPENED IN THE GAME, it belongs to Nintendo.
