After earning a nomination for one of the most prestigious literary awards in the United Kingdom by writing a chronicle about Diana Spencer's life before becoming a princess, a History student is later chosen to write the first biography authorised by the Royal Family of her as Diana, Princess of Wales, following her death to avert a potential media disaster. Throughout Sartrefield Academy Of Liberal Arts' grand halls, Conrad Bramson-Boyle's world is shaped not only by ambition and privilege but by the ghosts of literature and history itself. Shakespearean tragedies, ancient philosophies, and the haunting idealism of arts weave through his thoughts, shaping the way he sees not only the past he is desperate to rewrite, but also his social circle. His ex-girlfriend, Mauve, and his roommate, Elio, are specially involved in this idealization as their bonds carry an unspoken weight he rarely allows himself to examine. Eventually, glamour fades as Conrad works on the book and an incident draws him into a wormhole within one of Lady Di's belongings, enabling him to travel back in time and leading him to take the decision of preventing the car accident that claimed her life. Nonetheless, no matter how hard he tries and how much he redraws his plans, the princess keeps dying on August 31st, 1997, each occurrence marked by a distinct manner of death.

to which she sees the world after her death. note: - please forgive me for any incorrect information stated, since I'm not too familiar with the royal family. - some of these may appear as part of my headcanons, take it with a pinch of salt. - 'what if' situation - slow updates !! warnings: RPF (kind-of), whimsical author tries to write something because there's a lack of fan fiction for lady diana recently.
