A bartender, film student, and Dani's best friend, Manon keeps showing up at the right moments, especially when Lara is overwhelmed or spiralling. It starts off small -- conversation, grounding, silence that feels easier than noise -- but slowly becomes something harder to ignore. Lara has a boyfriend. Manon is just a friend.
