She gives you a very, creepy smile while holding a bloodied knife. She holds you captive and kept you by your side for days. Its the same storyline as the movie except the band take Needy to be sacrificed instead of Jennifer, so she reacts differently to having the demon in her. After she's been sacrificed, its a different storyline.
