"Watch where you’re going nerd!" Someone said knocking me down, while sending my books flying. I let out a sigh as I crouched down, collecting my books from the floor. Once I got up I saw the person who called me nerd a few seconds ago was standing in front of me wearing a smug expression. "What's wrong nerd? Cat got your tongue?" I looked around the hallway, noticing that we’ve drawn a crowd. "What are you mute?" I rolled my eyes as I began to walk away, only to be pulled back and slammed against the lockers. I heard a few gasps coming from our audience. He seemed like a jerk, and judging by what he had just done, I was right. However, he was extremely good looking I had to give him that, with dark brown hair seemed sticking out in all directions and dark brown eyes. "Listen nerd, I don't know who you think you are but no one walks away from me when I talk to them. Got it?" He hissed at me. I let out a chuckle. This guy was unbelievable. "You don't own me, so I suggest you let go of me before I do something that you will regret." I said in a bored tone. His brown eyes narrowed at me, as he let out what seems to be a forced out laugh. "Oh, so the nerd does talk." I heard a few people snickering as he let go of my arm. "I am going to let you go, nerd. But, trust me this isn't over." He whispered into my ear. * Alice "Ali" Montclair has a secret she's the daughter of the man who runs the country- The President. What inspired Taylor to write each track on Red? While Taylor has shared so much with us, there are some things that only the Swift One knows. After writing Taylor Swift: The Platinum Edition, our biography of Taylor, we couldn't resist imagining the stories behind the songs of Red. Though each story is inspired by true events, we've made up situations and details that we hope ring true.

This is how the story begins, a story about one single woman who ditched her full-time corporate job that was turning her into a zombie, and who ditched the expectations of her conservative Indian parents to find a nice boy and get married, all so she could move to Paris for six months to write her next book (the next book is for the Year of the Chick series, and the first published book along with some of the second are posted here on Wattpad: ( http://www.wattpad.com/user/romimoondi ). This is, in fact, the story of someone who has not only never been to Paris before, but who's never even been to Europe before! That person is me, and here, twice a week, in this serialized memoir with a chick-lit kind of feel, I'll let you in on all my adventures, experiences, highs and lows.

This is the original, unedited version of Light as a Feather, Book #1. This book was the inspiration for the Hulu Original Series. The revised version is now available in bookstores throughout the USA & Canada from Simon Pulse. McKenna Brady thinks her junior year of high school is going to be the best ever when she's welcomed into the elite group of popular girls at Weeping Willow High School led by blonde, gorgeous Olivia Richmond. Prior to junior year, McKenna was known in her small town as the girl whose twin sister died in a tragic house fire, and she's overjoyed at the prospect of redefining her identity. She has a date to the Homecoming dance with Olivia's handsome older brother, and a good chance of being elected to student council. For the first time since McKenna's parents divorced, things are looking up. But everything changes the night of Olivia's Sweet Sixteen sleepover birthday party. Violet, the shy, mysterious new girl in town, suggests that the girls play a scary game called Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board, during which Violet makes up elaborate stories about the future ways in which beautiful Olivia, brassy Candace, and athletic Mischa will die. The game unsettles McKenna because she's already escaped death once in her life, but she doesn't want to ruin her friends' fun. It's only a game, she reminds herself.
