Wip for a one shot manga (will be drawn out!) this is a hanahaki! Hanahaki disease caused by unrequited or One-sided love (this story shows both) that causes coughing and vomiting of petals and flowers from a plant starting to grow inside there lungs which grows so large it makes breathing impossible leading to death. It ends when the love is returned or the victim dies.
