Savanah Rodriguez was the child that was forgotten. But what happens if there was two children who had a loving home. But not everything is about love. One child was kidnapped at the age of 5, never to be seen again. The family does not speak of this, as they just want to forget they ever had two 'perfect' daughters. 10 years later, a car accident occurs, involving the cousins, but someone in particular. Juan Rodriguez; the twin that was left behind and sent to boarding school. Who knew that being sent back to boarding school after a traumatic car accident would find something that had been missing for 10 years? All Juan had ever wanted was for his twin sister to be brought back home, but his family closed the case years ago, deeming her dead without even seeing her body. But who knew that one semester at boarding school could bring this family down from the lies they had been building on for years. Only some people will be able to tell the truth from the lies they keep telling eachother; even the ones that they tell themselves when they look at themselves in the mirror. No one knew that one car accident made everything change that night. --------------------------------------------------------------- "Who knew that the girl that wore the hoodie every day was someone who meant the world to me" "I wish that I was someone else. Someone that was loved" "Before you know it, you'll be coming back to boarding school with me and Alvaro because they think we are troubled, but if they paid enough attention to us, they would know who we are" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- *TW: mentions of drugs, abuse, neglection and many other topics will be mentioned in this book and may not be suitable for everyone* ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 7.09.22 Finished: This is the second book in the series. "What if, we meant more to them?" A question that has never been answered, for Francesca. A question that has lingered for the last 6 years, hoping, and waiting for something to change. Wondering why, on one random day, Francesca and Alessandro were left behind in Sicily, Italy, with their Aunt, instead of travelling with their eldest brothers to wherever it may be they decided. 6 years of questions that even their Aunt could not answer, or whether she chose to ignore, neither one of them got anything of substance. What they did get, was free will to do as they pleased, which was never given when they were younger, from their brothers that constantly used the fact that they were in their care, and without parents, to their advantage. With this new freewill, they were rebellious, and did what every parent's worst nightmare was. They became the kids that were so unrecognizable by anyone, even to their own family. Only, how far did they go, and will they ever come back? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Started: 16.11.25 Finished:

There was 6 of them. 6 boys who all came from the rich lifestyle. They all had parents to go back to and siblings at home, but for once, none of them wanted to go back. They had all been put in boarding school, so why should they go home when they knew that they were unwanted? No child goes 'haywire', without a reason. There always has to be a reason for a child that comes home at midnight and leaves before anyone else wakes up. But that doesn't happen when everything is paid for and you have the house that everyone dreams of. How could it be that these 6 boys all come from the same mafia families, where they are given all the opportunities they could ever want. No one ever saw what happened behind the closed doors, or that there was a real reason behind everything of who they were. "Why did it have to be me? Why couldn't it have been someone else? No one gives a damn about me, so there isn't any point in hurting the little boy that you killed years ago" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *TW: some themes mentioned may be distressing for some* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 20.08.23 Finish:

Chiara Romero A young, sweet little six year old girl that was ripped from the place she had lived in for not only a year, all because of her parent's choices. But will her brothers be able to find the sweet little girl that ran through their hallways? It was only 5 years, right? But time can change a person the same way that abuse can change the way people look at the life they live. Everything can change within a matter of a minuets. ___________________________________________________________________ "What did I ever do to deserve this?" "Why is it always me?" Ellery Cohen A 3-year-old little girl that was born because two people couldn't keep their hands from one another for one night. One night that Ellery is constantly reminded of for 2 years before she is dragged to an unknown state to be left with people she doesn't have a clue about. "Standing there, watching all these people rush past me, made me wonder why I was so small and they were so big and scary" Left by her mother for her father, whom she has no clue about, to look after her while he has a busy schedule himself. A busy schedule leaves room for things to be forgotten, or rather little people to be forgotten by people you have just met. "I understood why he left me in this stinky room, but I just hope he comes back soon because I can't stand this stench and being alone for any longer than what feels like hours on end" How will Miles cope with his little girl? Will he keep her or leave her for someone else to look after, just like her mother did? All Ellery wants is to be kept by someone who is related to her for more than 2 years. ___________________________________________________________________ *TW: some themes may be distressing to some people* ___________________________________________________________________ Started: 6.01.23 Finished: Rankings: -

But what happens when they cross paths after a year of being apart, and everything has changed. One doesn't want to be seen by the other, rather wanting to leave the small town for bigger opportunities and the other has lost their aspirations to be the best figure skater, rather wanting to be on the ice hockey team. Everyone thought that nothing could come between the two of them, but maybe there is more to their story. Maybe they both have secrets they have been hiding for so long that they don't even know the truth. But what happens if it isn't all about how they have changed and grown apart and that someone else was involved? No one knows the truth, but maybe by adding the bad boy's, The Armani's, to the table will bring someone down, or someone else up. Just bring the grandchildren of a designer together and see what happens. See who breaks first. See who messes with the Lauren's first. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I don't know who you are anymore" "I trusted you. 'Dysfunctional: not operating normally or properly' That was one way to describe Clara Campbells family. Dysfunctional; not operating properly. That was just what happened when your older siblings leave you. Or that's what Clara had always believed. She had never had any parents there to hold her hand or any older siblings to tease her; they had grown up before her. She knew how to cook, clean, walk around her parents emotions, go to and from school; she know how to take what life gave her. Well, what was the other opportunity that she could of had? But what happens when her ship gets rocked and thrown off course? When people you thought left you years ago decide to show up again? Clara has always known one way to live, and that gets ruined, so how is she supposed to cope with the change? She has taught herself everything else in life, so this can't be any different, can it? "There is no book about independence and there is no book about dependence. You have to write it yourself; you have to be the one that lives through it" Clara was that girl in class, when she was asked about relatives or family members, she always said she had none. Everyone believed her because she never had anyone there, not like it mattered to her or any of them. "It was you had lost someone, or that was what I thought about whenever someone asked about my siblings and the rest of my family. I didn't know who they were, and they didn't know who I was. I mean, I didn't know me either" Clara grew up without them as they grew up without her, so what will they do when a wave rocks the worlds they live in? "I heard her screams, Colt, I heard them. You weren't the one to hear the screaming and crying of your baby sister, it was me, and I knew there was nothing I could do to stop it. I couldn't save her" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 9.03.22 Finished: -

Thalia Anagnos-Loukanis A 14-year-old girl who has not only struggled to fit in at school but with the people that should have loved her; her family. She was the one that brought two families together. People wouldn't say the families hated one another, they would say that they chose to have nothing to do with one another. But Thalia, she was supposed to bring them together, to unite them. But rather, when she was born, it seemed to change the two families. Instead of them aweing and cooing at her, they would have banished her if they got the chance. Growing up, it became 16 against 1. Older sisters are supposed to share their clothes with their younger sisters and prepare them for what was awaiting for them. Older brothers were supposed to protect the younger ones and tease them from time to time. Not tie their baby sister to a chair and force her to eat her dinner that was just mush or make her sleep out on a cold winter's night so that her body would harden. She looked up to her eldest brothers and sisters, hoping that one day she would be loved by them like parents. But nothing changed from the cold glares and door slams in the face. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "All I wanted was to be looked at like their little sister who they loved" "Just another ordinary day of the silent treatment. I don't think they have ever spoken an endearment to my face" "The ratty hair, the ratty clothes. I probably look like I have just woken out of a trash can not a thousand dollar bed" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *TW: some themes and words may be distressing to some* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Started: 3.10.22 Finished: - Rankings: -
