Topeka was the last of the Cleveland class to be built before Sakura Empire, and Iron Blood created the faction of Crimson Red Axis, and started a world war against Azur Lane. Topeka was also the final warship Eagle Union infused with a wisdom cube before the outbreak of war. Lastly, being the last, and coincidently the first male warship ever azured!
