𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐊𝐀𝐈𝐘𝐀 𝐃𝐎𝐃𝐎 found a strange vitality in the borderlands, a place where survival was a daily battle. It was an oddity, this sense of aliveness amidst constant danger, as if the very act of fighting for her life was what made her feel most real. 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐘𝐀 Shuntaro Chishiya found an inner death in the borderlands, a stark contrast to his life as a heroic surgeon. He was now haunted by the helplessness of sacrificing lives for his own survival, a burden that weighed heavily on his soul. In the borderlands, their paths collide, sparking a turmoil of vengeance and protection. Kaiya, consumed by grief, does everything in her power to torment Chishiya, the man she holds responsible for her brother's death. Yet, Chishiya, burdened by his failure, becomes Kaiya's silent guardian, driven by the belief that while he couldn't save her brother, he can still save Kaiya from the games, but mostly from herself. ┊ 「𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣」 ┊ Eunjang High School was once known as an all-boys school-known for its fights, rumors, and students who carried bruises like it was perfectly normal. But things changed. With the school opening its doors to female transfer students, it gave 𝐎𝐇-𝐇𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐍 the perfect chance to start over. And that was all she wanted-a quiet life, no drama, no attention. And definitely no getting involved with boys who solved every problem with brawls. For the first few weeks, things were exactly how she wanted. She kept her head down, sat by the window in class, ate lunch alone when she felt like it, and ignored the whispers that naturally followed the "new girl" at Eunjang. School was predictable. Rain was not-especially for someone who never bothered checking the weather app. And before she realized it, the rain had begun, aswell as a series of phone calls she wished she had never answered. Luckily Gotak carries an umbrella occasionally.
