The upcoming wedding night was fast becoming a much desired one. Murtasim had only agreed to the marriage out of empathy but there was no doubting the pull of attractions he felt towards Meerab and the cravings she inspired. The contract was her last form of agency and there was no way Meerab was letting go of it. But what if Murtasim was a better negotiator and made a counter offer that she just couldn't refuse.. and one that also took care of his sinful desires

This FF is based on some of the spoilers I have read on that Rohail is going to claim that Murtasim is impotent hence the unconsummated marriage. I started thinking on this and angst plus sexual tension is where my creative juices start flowing and I ended up with this. Please note that this is matured content.

Until she was faced with the daunting realisation that he wasn't all roses, warm honey & Victoria Sponge cake on the inside as she'd thought him to be... Delta Force operative Murtasim would've sooner made himself sniper target practice at the Fort Bragg HQ base than entertained the thought of a 'girl next door' variety female stumbling into his life (and his mission), wrapping him around her tiny, adorably plump pinky, & getting him to the alter all within a few months of knowing her And yet here he was, still alive & being dragged around Charlotte, North Carolina for cake tastings & tuxedo fittings by the said 'girl next door' variety female. And to say he loved it would be an overstatement, but to say he adored the living daylights out of her wouldn't be. Until someone decided they wanted to take the one thing he adored in the big bad world away from him. Pasts resurfaced, monsters roared all around, and worse, the ones inside him were unleashed until he wasn't just fighting for her, but fighting her to make sure they somehow made it back to the pretty picket fence, porch swing, & breakfasts in bed life they'd dreamed of. Tere Bin AU: What if Meerab hadn't been given away to Waqas & Anila but was raised in the Khan Mansion with Murtasim and Maryam? What if she fell in love with the boy that stood over her shielding her from the sun on tepid days while they pooled their pocket money together for ice-cream? Meerab returns home to the Khan Mansion find that the boy she has always known she would marry has become a man burdened by responsibilities. But the ties that bind them together only grow stronger as Meerab navigates her changing relationship with Murtasim, realizing that the man she loves is not the same person she left behind. Rating change to "Mature" for Chapter 30 and beyond!

A Tere Bin Canon Continuation/Fix-It from the Episode 29 terrace scene. With a tumultuous mix of emotions and a cloud of confusion hanging overhead, Meerab reaches a breaking point when Murtasim refuses to believe her about Rohail, and all the frustration that had been building up over the span of her marriage with Murtasim spills over, setting in motion a chain of events that force them both to explore the meaning of love.
