After a mysterious aurora borealis descended upon the Italian Peninsula, Italy and its two micro nation neighbours find themselves in a mysterious and hostile world. Losing their peaceful European neighbours, Italy finds that to the north of the Alps lies the great Parpaldian Empire, feared by many, if not all by those in the region. With the goal of establishing new relations, Italy is determined to get friendly with Parpaldia, even if the Empire's arrogance may hinder its progress. Until the peninsula finds new friendlier trading partners, Italy and Parpaldia find themselves on a circular dependency of trade. A fanfiction of the original story Summoning Japan. Her diplomatic corps is sent out on the rebuilt Japan Cosmo Navy ships, heading toward unknown lands, and contacting the nations of the new world. The politic of the new world however is a quagmire full of arrogance, hostility, and imperialism. "If diplomacy fails, then defend ourselves, we must" - proclaimed the newly appointed provisional PM of Japan, Heikuro Todo. The story of Nihonkoku Shoukan Beyond will follow Japan in the world of Space Battleship Yamato (2199/2202/2205) after their transference to the new world. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS by Minorou and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh.
