They can probably be like the original papyrus is but the one thing they won't stand for is frisk/chara/player killer their brother in front of them. Later that day frisk/chara/player regrets trying to break papyrus by killing his brother in front of him..let me tell you this..torture won't feel all that great for them but let's say they will...have an equal.. and he will have lots of fun..
