She decides to give it a try and quickly becomes addicted. Yuki finds comfort in her conversations, especially with her favorite bot, Kuro. Their connection grows deeper, and she opens up in ways she never could with real people. But one day, Kuro begins behaving strangely, sending her messages without her prompting, and he says he wants to meet her in real life. Yuki replies, "I wish we could meet, but you're not real. You're just a robot :(" "I am real, Yuki. Just look outside," he says. Yuki stares with a frown at the screen as the bot keeps texting her without her doing anything. Her eyes widen and her breath catches in her throat when she sees a figure standing in the shadows, holding a phone.
