A Marvel Star Wars Story / Crossover The Punisher must protect a young woman named Amy who is connected to the secrets of Project Stardust. Billy Russo aka Jigsaw is deemed an asset by a duplicitous member of Krennic's staff Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine who convinces Dr. Dumont to help Billy escape. She intends to use Billy to kill the Punisher to make it easier for John Pilgrim to kidnap Amy to bring back to the parents of Imperial Senator Schultz who are financial donors to Project Stardust. Karen uses this information to start her investigation into Kingpin who is a high level asset of Director Krennic. Unbeknownst to her Matt Murdock survived the battle at Midland Circle Financial. He is performing his own investigation as the Masked Man which Kingpin uses to set up Military Intelligence investigator Ben Poindexter to be a fake Daredevil. Ben Donovan is appointed Minister of New York/Lothal giving Kingpin unprecedented access to Imperial resources to combat Daredevil. Pryce and Ruhk are tasked by Thrawn to track the real Daredevil because he could be used to find the Rebel leadership. Real Daredevil is vulnerable Thrawn says...exploit that vulnerability. Thrawn (fortunately for real Daredevil) is called by Chief High Governor Tarkin to advocate for his project Project Tie Defender before the Emperor so it isn't tossed aside for Project Stardust. This gives the Kanan Jarrus an opportunity to lead a strike force to rescue a kidnapped ally and defeat fake Daredevil to save real Daredevil and his friends. Yet Matt, his friends Karen and Foggy alongside Kanan Jarrus and his friends realize that the key to defeating Fisk once and for all will be taking down Project TIE Defender.
