Peter Steele receives an unexpected visitor on his doorstep one later summer afternoon that will change his world forever. This fic is an Alternate Timeline from my main fic, Like Loving the Dead, and is inspired primarily by the songs Creepy Green Light and All Hallows Eve. Stay Negative!

Ivy is a 24-year-old striving artist who finds herself trying to navigate the world as a newly single woman. Giving in to the pleas of her best friend Ella, she decides to take her off on her offer (or rather a demand) on a night out at their favorite goth club, Barracuda. It seemed like any other night in the club, short of flying solo. When the band takes stage, Ivy finds herself captivated by the smoldering God that takes the stage. She would venture to guess him to be nearing 7 foot tall, with jet black hair down to his waist. When the band strikes up and the stage lights descend, Ivy is spellbound by a pair of haunting forest green eyes. And the spell he cast on her would become her undoing.. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The idea for this story came to me over the years through my dreams. I've always had a soft spot in her heart for all things Type O Negative, or more rather all things Peter Steele.. 🖤💚 After many years of these dreams haunting me, I decided to finally put some of them down on paper. I am writing this story as if TON were a present-day undiscovered band and that Peter was still in the land of the living. I realize that this story may be pretty niche, drawing in a specific crowd. But if you are one of us who stan the Green Man, this story is for you! Or rather, if you live for a good, spicy romance.. Welcome! This story is also for you! Who knows?
