Set five years before the original Gangsta Mario story. Mario leaves the gang life and now his brother Luigi is in charge of the gang. However things won't be easy for Luigi he has to prove himself to the Gangsta Mario gang all while trying to expand the gang.

Mario tries to leave the gang lifestyle for his girlfriend Peach but something goes horribly wrong... Mario is now back in the gang and now he's out for blood.
