The 21st Hero Tournament is to take place in one year meaning there is still a lot of time to build trust value and move up and down the ranking. Things begin to change as a new agency takes the stand and new heroes step in creating more tension and problems. With already existing feuds and problems between agencies and heroes, the stakes are getting higher and higher. The goal is set in everyone heads to soar high and become the new X. Bell Cranel criado por sus abuelos adoptivos Zeus y Hera, su tía Alfia, su tío Zald y su madre Meteria.
