For 900 years, humanity prospered; however, it wasn't meant to last. 20 years ago, the space quakes reappeared, and have only been increasing in number since. Himari Aika, your average, everyday high school girl, has now become a spirit, but more than that, an incredibly powerful spirit. What sort of life will she live now? How will her powers affect those around her? I like a lot of the characters and systems in Date A Live, but the backstory of the world always felt lacking to me.
