Years later a boy was born who has to hide his Quirk from others due to the punishment of death for being a Kaiju user, the boy is known as the next Alpha of Monsters. But to humanity, he is only a monster of death. Will the boy make allies, or foes? Will he live, or will he fall?

Ryujin Serizawa is finally unbound by the law and now has to take another step to be the hero his people need. But this is where the greatest threat of all reveals itself. Will Ryujin prevail, or will he fall just like his bloodline before him.
