(Takes place during the reboot.) Arthur Barclay is an elite SAS operative originating from Edinburgh, Scotland. He specializes in clandestine operations that involve deep undercover. He fought in the global war on terror and infiltrated several terrorist groups, helping bring them down for good. After a stint in Afghanistan, he was sent back to the British Isles and worked with the metropolitan police to take out Al-Qatala insurgents in the country.
