Esta Historia nos cuenta los eventos que suceden durante la Noche del 31 de Octubre del tercer año de nuestros protagonistas en la Advanced Nurturing High School, dónde se lleva a cabo una reunión entre los cuatro líderes de clase principales (Kakeru Ryuuen, Ichinose Honami, Sakayanagi Arisu y Kiyotaka Ayanokouji) en la que se disponen a contar historias de terror a modo de competencia personal con objetivos ocultos y algo muy importante en juego.
