Two angels loved each other in secret for a vast millennia. When they cast aside their wings to become mortals, it was a year after the Worldstone was destroyed. Two years later, after the birth of their daughter, Imperius catches wind of it. And he is not amused. Yet, to him, the child shows promise. -Based on Post Diablo 2 content, Diablo 3 content and through Reaper of Souls- He was completely fixated on the small girl in his powerful frame. It was unlike him. Completely unlike him. He should toss her on the ground. He should give her back to them and leave. But he couldn't leave. He didn't want to give her back. He didn't want to hurt her. She felt like a perfect fit from being there in his arms. When she stirred and opened her eyes, he went still. The topaz color of her eyes were like tiny, perfect gems that regarded him silently. Then she reached up a tiny hand and gave a small smile with a soft laugh...

A collection of slow-burn full of fluff one-shots. The story will mostly always start from the setting and how you came to know each other and met and continue on to how your love blossomed. I'm new to writing, so I might edit it here and there all the time. Even though it said one shot I might add a continuous story here as well, but I'll make it easy to search! Noted that I tried to make imperius not OOC as much as possible, and also that English is not my first language, so some interaction or words might be weird because I'm not the native user ;-; but I'll try my best! I view him as a tsundere old man who has pride as big as the sun himself. So apologies if this fanfiction doesn't fit what you had in mind, and you can comment your own impression of him too! The reader's personality in each story might change. All right of the character and some plot reserve to Blizzard!

Times are hard within the Heavens. There is a prophesy that claims all will fall to darkness during the coming war between Heaven and Hell. Except Heaven will not win this war without the help of a unique prophesied messiah. This young "Angel" is not one that belongs in Heaven, Hell or even Sanctuary. Being more of an outcast to all subjects, they will struggle to pick a side to work alongside. Will the heavens accept them into their lives, or will Hell get to them first?

Demons, Angels, and Nephalem: all have been around since time immemorial, but few know of the First Races.
